The Annual Meeting of Cattail Creek II HOA will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017.  The meeting will be held at 9:00 am at Living Faith United Methodist Church, located at 5310 S. 182 Ave.  A continental breakfast will be served. Please RSVP the number attending by calling Lamb Real Estate at 402-575-5525 or email dianew@lambrealestateomaha.com.

Exterior window washing services will be provided Monday, June 12th thru Saturday, June 17th.  In order for the windows to be properly cleaned, all screens must be removed before cleaning.  If you are unable to remove/replace your screens, please contact Lamb Real Estate at 402-575-5525.  We will put you on the list to have Affordable Windows remove and replace your screens when they do the window cleaning. If you need this service please call by June 5th.

Lawn Land & Beyond has scheduled sprinkler shut-down and winterization for Cattail Creek II for Tuesday & Wednesday the 11th and 12th of October. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

The annual meeting for the Cattail Creek II Townhome Association will be held Saturday, November 12, 2016.  The meeting will be held at 10:00 am at Living Faith United Methodist Church located at 5310 S. 182nd Ave.  A continental breakfast will be served.

WINDOW WASHING REMINDER

Exterior window washing services will be provided again this year at no additional charge to residents.  The exterior of all main windows will be cleaned as well as porch/deck doors if they are made accessible to the cleaning crew.  The dates for window cleaning are Wednesday, May 11th thru Saturday, May 14th.

 

In order for the windows to be properly cleaned, ALL SCREENS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE CLEANING.  We recommend you to try remove the screens yourself well ahead of time in order to make sure you are able to remove them.  If you are unable to remove your screens, you must notify Diane at Lamb Real Estate, no later than Friday, May 6th.  Arrangements will be made to have the screens removed for any resident who is unable to do so themselves.  It is important that you call before this deadline if you need assistance with your screens.  THE CREW WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LAST MINUTE CALLS FOR SCREEN REMOVAL.

 

Affordable Window Cleaning is available to clean the interior of your windows as well.  This must be set up directly by you with Affordable Window Cleaning by calling Ted at 402-706-7374.  Please call Ted by May 6th if you wish to have interior service.  The Association is not responsible for nor will it be paying for interior window cleaning.

Cattail Creek II HOA will hold its annual meeting Saturday, November 21, 2015 at       10:00 am.  The meeting will be held at Living Faith United Methodist Church located at 5310 S. 182nd Ave., behind Goodwill at 190th & Q.  A continental breakfast will be served.  If you have not already done so, please RSVP your name and the number attending by calling the number below or email Lamb Real Estate at dianew@lambrealestateomaha.com.


 


There is one opening on the HOA Board of Directors.  Enclosed is a ballot for you to vote for the person you would like to serve on the board.  Please return your ballot prior to the meeting.

Best Lawns will be going thru and adjusting the sprinklers to beat the heat over the next couple of days.  They are increasing to 3 days per week - 10 minutes on each spray head and 20 minutes on rotors. There is no charge for this and they will adjust back when it cools down. He's trying to manage water on the yards and trying to beat the heat before the yars start turning brown.

The Cattail Creek II Board of Directors has decided to engage the services of a professional window washing company to wash the exterior of the windows on your home. The services will be completed by Affordable Window Cleaning. The exterior window cleanings will take place between May 19th-23rd. This service is being provided for residents of Cattail Creek II at no additional charge.

Parking Issues

This is a reminder to all residents and guests to be mindful of one another when parking their vehicles. Vehicles must be parked so as to not obstruct sidewalks, driveways, cul-de-sacs, fire hydrants, mailboxes, crosswalks and property entrance and exit points. Per applicable laws, all vehicles must be parked parallel to the curb and no further than 12 inches away from said curb. No angled parking is allowed, unless specifically allowed by applicable postings and signs on site.  If you are experiencing a problem with parking please contact Lamb Real Estate at 402-575-5525 or alex@lambrealestateomaha.com.

 

Trash Receptacle Reminder

This is a reminder to all residents that all trash and recycling receptacles are to be stored indoors or screened from view of any public street and/or sidewalk except for the designated day for trash and recycling pick up. The designated trash pick-up day is Tuesday; therefore, your receptacles may be place out Monday nights but must be out of view Tuesday night.

Just a quick note to let you know Best Lawns will be shutting down and winterizing the sprinkler systems on Tuesday Oct. 15th. Also, a reminder that the Cattail Creek II HOA annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 19 at the Hilltop Room at Upstream Brewing Company. Light refreshments and soft drinks will be served at 6:00 pm with the meeting starting at 6:30. Upstream is located at 170th and West Center Road. Please call our office to RSVP.

A reminder; that Lamb Real Estate offers Handyman services to homeowners. The cost is $55 per hour with a one hour minimum and is a homeowner expense. It may be anything as small as changing light bulbs or smoke detector batteries to larger projects and repairs. Call Alex at Lamb Real Estate to schedule a handyman.

The Board accepted the resignation of Larry Knott and appointed Wayne Gonyea to fill his term as Vice President.  We appreciate the time and talent Wayne brings to the Board.

Around the beginning of April (weather permitting) Best Lawns will begin their walkthrough to replace damaged sod from snow removal.  If you have damage to your sod, you may notify Lamb Real Estate and we will pass the information on the Best Lawns.  Sprinkler systems will be turned on Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16.  The systems will be turned on, and all heads checked to ensure that everything is in working order.  Mowing will begin about the middle of April, again, depending on the weather.  Included in this mailing is the application schedule that Best Lawns follows.
